We are seeking a highly qualified and passionate registered dietitian to join our team in our skilled nursing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of others.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess the nutritional needs of residents and develop personalized dietary plans
- Monitor residents' progress and make adjustments to dietary plans as needed
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
- Educate residents and their families on proper nutrition and dietary guidelines
- Oversee the implementation of dietary plans and ensure compliance with regulations
- Conduct regular assessments of residents' nutritional status and provide recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in nutrition and incorporate them into the care provided
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in dietetics or a related field
- Valid license as a registered dietitian in California
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a registered dietitian in a skilled nursing facility
- In-depth knowledge of nutritional principles, guidelines, and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in the use of computerized systems for documentation and record-keeping
